Hazey eats A LOT of fruits and veggies so we need something special every now and then.. No pumpkin spice latte for this girl, how about some dairy free, eggless, nut free, wheat free pumpkin bread? Sounds pretty awful! Much to my surprise it was awesome!

What you need:

3.5 cups of Oat Flour (I made mine by putting rolled oats in the blender)

1 1/3 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp allspice

1/2 tsp cloves

1- 15 ounce can of pumpkin puree

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup apple sauce (homemade)

1/3 cup pure maple syrup

1/3 cup water

What to do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients together, and wet ingredients together, then combine.

Pour evenly into two loaf pans. Bake for an hour.

I froze one loaf… but I am thinking it will not be long in there with how good this was!
