We love oatmeal. And we love to feed ourselves. So, baked oatmeal it is! 😄 Both girls loved these, plus super easy to make ahead of time and freeze.
What you need:
2 cups baked apples
2 cups old fashion oats
1 cup non dairy milk- we use Rice milk currently
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup of any other fruit you may have- we used peaches this time.
What to do:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together, mix in the fruit last so it does not get smashed. Pour evenly into muffin tins. Bake for about 10 minutes, check, bake about 3-5 more minutes of need be.
