Well… Hold the guac for hazel. Pile it on for me! šŸ˜‹ 

This is a household fav. Now to adjust slightly for my allergy baby! 

What you need:

2-3 large sweet potatoes (peeled) 

1 can black beans (or homemade) 

Cooked rice (we love jasmine rice) 

For the non allergy people: add guac, cheese, Greek yogurt, and tortillas. 

What to do:

Place the peeled sweet potatoes in a crock pot. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until done. Cut into chunks. 

For hazel: she gets a burrito bowl: rice, sweet potatoes and black beans. 

For us: make a taco. The potatoes are your “meat”. Top with desired tacos toppings! šŸ˜‹
