Turkey + spinach + carrots + goat cheese… She can have goat cheese!! It’s a great cheese substitute, I think it’s yummy but probably an acquired taste for many. 

What you need:

1+ pounds of ground turkey

1 handful of chopped fresh spinach

2 carrots- peeled and chopped (I use the food processer for both to get the veggies pretty small) 

A handful of crumbled goat cheese

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

Salt/pepper for taste. 
What to do:

Mix all the above ingredients together and make hamburger patties. Grill. Serve. Eat. Enjoy. πŸ‘πŸ˜‹

I made zuchinni boats to go with them… I need to recreate that recipe before sharing it. Not so good. 😐 

The piggy allergy baby ate 3. Yes three burgers…. And the sassy big sister ate a whole one as well!
